| “Feeling good doesn’t just happen” (Convey). What do we do to feel good? For the most part, I workout and try to live a healthy lifestyle. I workout at least five times a week. I do it because I enjoy it. It is a form of relaxation after work, and I feel recharged after working out. I feel energetic. As a result, I tend to be proactive by putting first things first, and begin with the end in mind. |
I also enjoy having a busy schedule as it tends to increase my productivity level. Maintaining a balanced lifestyle is a must since it is good for the body, mind, and soul. I was not a reader nor a writer, but over time I have introduced myself to reading and writing. I have noticed that my writing has improved along with my vocabulary. Right now I am reading the autobiography of Steve Jobs for enjoyment. By reading his autobiography, I am learning about APPLE, and how it grew from an idea to reality. It is fascinating. | |
| When it comes to writing, I enjoy writing poems for my partner. This hobby is my “secret” as I do not advertise it. I do not consider myself a poet. I just enjoy writing poems. It is part of balancing my life to stay in touch with the soul. On the weekends, I take nature walks as breaks from completing assignments. Nature has played an important role in my life since I was a young boy. I grew up farming and using nature to survive. Anything that has to do farming is a skill that not many appreciate nor have. Some may say that it is not important, but I beg to differ as nature provides resources for human consumption and health. |
